BEDBUGS... IN MY UNIT... !!!



My husband woke up a month ago to find small red bedbugs crawling all over his face, while I was breaking out in rashes I was thinking it was my detergent. We left our apartment immediately and found a hotel for a few weeks till the landlord took care of the problem, however come to find out my old neighbor that had previously moved informed me she too had bedbugs A COUPLE YEARS AGO AND ALSO HER SON HAD A RECENT BREAKOUT AS WELL.... PRIOR TO HER MOVING... FOUND THIS OUT A COUPLE DAYS AGO...TOTALLY SHOCKED ME BECAUSE I WAS NEVER INFORMED...The manager tried to put the bedbug problem on me as if I brought them in however we have had no visitors or new furniture brought in to our apartment and also we have had a rash of dirty ghetto neighbors move in across the way around the same time we noticed them. Its no telling where they came from HOWEVER $1,600 LATER FOR HOTELS FOOD BAGS LAUNDRY ETC ETC.. THE LIST GOES ON... THE MANAGER REFUSES TO GIVE ME ANY MONEY BACK THAT I SPENT OUT OF POCKET..A landlord has a duty to provide habitable premises to all tenants. Under California Civil Code 1953, a tenant cannot be required to waive the landlord's duty of habitability, regardless of whether the purported waiver is incorporated in the rental agreement. California Civil Code section 1941.1 includes rental premises free from rodents and vermin within the landlord's duty of habitability.



MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO 2 TIME WINDOW BROKEN,...

MY GARAGE LOCKS WERE CUT OFF

A BLACK MALE ENTERED MY APARTMENT WHEN MY SON WAS HOME FROM SCHOOL

iT WENT FROM A NICE COMMUNITY AT FIRST TO WHAT SEEM LIKE WE LIVE IN COMPTON.... THEY HAVE NEIGHBORS FROM HELL... SMOKE DRINK AND RAP ALOUD ON PORCH ALL DAY.. FIGHT COPS HAVE BEEN CALLED 4-5 TIMES BECAUSE THE MALES ARE REALLY ABUSIVE...THEY CUSS AND SCREAM ALL HOURS...



AS OF LAST NIGHT I WAS AWAKE TILL 2:00 AM LISTENING TO THEM PARTY...

THESE ARENT THE ONLY NEIGHBORS EITHER....



BY THE PARK PEOPLE SMOKE RIGHT IN FRONT OF PLAYGROUND IN FRONT OF KIDS...
