Verizon

I was given a phone that was not the phone we agreed on when I purchased it. Not realizing it, a friend said no that's not the Samsung Galaxy S3, thats the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. When I called the store manager, he would not call the employee who sold it to me to ask him what happenend. When I returned the phone to the Go Wireless store in Hemet, they charged me the following re-stocking fees $50 for phone, $20 for a free accessory kit they gave me that I didn't ask for, charged me for th SIM card, which Verizon does not charge customers for ever. When I questioned why they were charging me for items that were given to me for free, and I yelled at them, they threatened to call the police. I didn't ask for the freebies, they just gave them to me in my bag when I left. I lost $90 in cash. They are crooks. But they messed with the wrong person because I will pursue this legally now.



Seriously, these people are up to no good. They deliberately sold me a phone at a discounted price which was not the phone I even looked at or even talked about. So, no do not use this business. Go directly to a Verizon store. Go Wireless screws you out of alot of money and you don't even know it.



Hopefully justice will be served.
