First off, I have been waiting for ANOTHER T-Mobile to open up in town because the one on Florida and Kirby is home to the worse customer service ever!! I went to activate 3 new lines of service for my wife and daughter and the employees were rude and arrogant. The associate who helped, well tried to help but managed to quote me $40 over and chase me out the store should be fired. The young (Ethan) man kept staring down my daughters shirt and smelled like weed. He was very unprofessional and his demeanor was horrible. Then I went to leave and he said "Whatever you do, don't go to the mall, they will (expletive) rip you off." So I came to the mall, where a couple of gentlemen managed to ascertain my needs and quoted me way less and the service was magnificent. Johnathan was the associates name, he seemed new, but luckily the manager (Alfredo) was there to walk him through every step of the process and did all the work. He managed to set me up with 3 lines for me and my family for only $160 a month!! I went as far as to get their corporate number to give them a compliment. If you want excellent customer service and want to be treated like a person and not like a number and dollar signs go see Alfredo and Johnathan at the T-Mobile in the Hemet Mall!!
Customer service here is excellent. They helped with problems with a new phone that a different location sold. The other locations would not do anything about it but these people would. The other times I have been here they were friendly and helpful. Avoid the mall store though they are rip offs.
One of the most busiest stores in California. Provide great customer service.
