Register on MY YELLOWPAGES.COM

Tip:

When you're on your computer, click on "Keep me signed in unless I sign out." under the user name and password fields when you sign in. You will automatically be signed in on that computer the next time you visit YELLOWPAGES.COM.

  1. 1On the Registration page, enter a user name. Your user name will appear with any reviews you write and must be a combination of at least six letters and numbers. You may use a hyphen, period or underscore, but do not use spaces or special characters (such as "!" or "?"). The system will reject a user name if it is more than 20 characters or already in use.
  2. 2Enter a password, a combination of at least six letters and numbers.
  3. 3Enter your ZIP code and e-mail address. YELLOWPAGES.COM will send you a verification e-mail to confirm your registration.
  4. 4Click to accept the terms and conditions for use of YELLOWPAGES.COM, and then select Submit.
  5. 5You are now signed in to MY YELLOWPAGES.COM. Every time you sign in, regardless of what computer you use, you will have access to all of your last logged-in activity on YELLOWPAGES.COM. From recent searches and driving directions to all of your saved preferences, you'll find it all in one convenient place.

  1. 1Explore MY YELLOWPAGES.COM: You can click through MY YELLOWPAGES.COM by clicking on "Welcome," "Saved Items," "My Addresses" or "Profile & Preferences."
  2. 2Set Your Default Search Location: To set the city and state you're searching in, enter your city and select a state under "Set Your Default Location." Click "Update." Your location will appear in all search location boxes until you enter a different location.
  3. 3View Recent Searches: As many as five recent searches appear on the Welcome to MY YELLOWPAGES.COM page.
    • Click on the name of the search to see the search results.
    • Select Save to add the search to your Saved Items.
    • Select Delete to remove the search from the list.
    • Click on "Clear All" to remove all searches from the list.
  4. 4View Recently Viewed Listings: As many as five recent searches appear on the Welcome to MY YELLOWPAGES.COM page.
    • Select Save to add the listing to your Saved Items.
    • Select Delete to remove the listing from the list.
    • Click on "Clear All" to remove all listings from the recently viewed list.

  1. 1Saved Searches: View your saved searches here. If you frequently search for the same items (for example, pizza in Chicago), then you can save those searches in MY YELLOWPAGES.COM. Select "Save This Search" on any search results page. You can also save any of the recent searches that appear on your MY YELLOWPAGES.COM Welcome page. You can save up to 20 searches.
  2. 2Saved Listings: View your saved listings here. To save a listing, select the "Save This Listing" link from the Other Options dropdown menu that appears with every listing. You can also save your recently viewed listings on your MY YELLOWPAGES.COM Welcome page. You can save up to 100 business listings in MY YELLOWPAGES.COM.
  3. 3Saved Notes: You can save one note for each saved business listing. Notes can be no more than 250 characters long.
    To write a note:
    • Enter your information in the Note field and then select "Save Note."
    • You can also select the "Save This Listing" link from the Other Options dropdown menu that appears with every listing. When you save a note directly from the listing, both the listing and the note are saved to your MY YELLOWPAGES.COM.

  1. 1Add Addresses: Fill out this form to save addresses to your MY YELLOWPAGES.COM.
  2. 2Personal Addresses: View your saved addresses here. You can add an address by filling out the "Add Addresses" form on the MY ADDRESSES page. You can save up to 100 addresses in MY YELLOWPAGES.COM.
  3. 3Notes: You can save a note for each saved address. Notes can be no more than 250 characters long.

    To write a note: Enter your information in the Note field and then select "Save Note."

  1. 1E-mail/User Name: The e-mail address for your MY YELLOWPAGES.COM appears here. You can change this address at any time.
  2. 2Change Password: To update your password, enter your current password in the Existing Password field and type your new password in the New Password and Confirm Passwords fields. Select "Update Profile." Your settings will automatically reflect the change.
  3. 3Personal Information: Update your name and address at any time.
