        Overall

        This man cost us!!! he also claims he walked through our house 4 times and tried charging the bank for 4 visits. If thats true he either went into our house when no one was home (creepy!!!) or he is just plain lying to get more money

        while reading my appraisal provided by Zimmerman Appraisal Service, I noticed several discrepancies. The first thing I noticed in the wrong address on the report. I was home during the appraisal to answer any questions, but rather than seeking an answer as to the date of the remodeling of the kitchen and bathroom, he simply put unknown on the report. he also stated a considerable amount of used material was used in the construction of the pole barn. the only part that is constructed of recycled material, is an extension. There is also an RV pad with full hook-ups, and an enclosed sunken hot tub that is not in the report. Zimmerman noted electrical discrepancies such as the cover to the breaker box was off, if he would just asked me, I could have put it on while he was standing there. There are other discrepancies on the report, luckily we are still able to continue with the our refinancing, but I would be Leary of Zimmerman appraisal

        Overall

        You cost us $3800 extra dollars at closing because you said our brand new house wasn't worth what we were paying for it. The exact same house behind us with a smaller garage and no stainless steel appliances appraised for around $11000 more than ours. I wish we knew what we know now about you. More than one bank in town has told us some shady things about this man.
