Da-Vi Nails

Went for a manicure for the wife and me. The owner started with my wife and placed her at another table under light for nails to dry. I sat at the same station and he placed my hands in the same bowl just refilled with hot water. He put his coat on grabbed his keys and said would be right back and left the store.
After 6 minutes another staff member finished with his client and began my manicure. No one ever followed up with my wife. After 20 min we asked if she could get up and he said yes without checking her....Ultimately we had to return as her nails did not dry and smudged....also length was not even from one had to another....A third technician reapplied her polish placed her under the light and he put on a jacket and left the store without comment !!!!....the remaining employee was watching TV and never checked on us. After 20 minutes we left without him saying a word.
I believe if you are not getting an expensive treatment with extras your service is very poor.

Their prices are great & they do excellent work!
