The reviews I just read are a joke. I assume the people that wrote these reviews probably didn't like the rules due to respect for others. I agree with rules. You do need to have inspections in order to keep a neat and clean complex. As far as any other rules that is just courtesy for others. I have lived here since they opened and have not had many problems at all. If something needs to be fixed than they fix it. The manager and the maintenance are both very friendly. All I have to say is keep your apartment clean and have respect for others and you shouldn't have any problems at all.

This place is a joke. First yr. Rules so strick u could not live in peace. Second yr. Every sort of riffraff allowed in. This year looks like projects. Lawn maintance is zero. Been partially mowed one time so far. The grass is brown and dead, it crunches under your feet. Big fire hazard. Finally turned sprinkler on july 1 they run for 25tminutes. Rules do not apply to everyone here. She rents to class a felons. The swimming pool is a working cess pool of disease, pinkeye dirraeha from babies wearing dirty diapers. The water makes your hair stiff and waxie along with your skin. It is full of dead bugs. The pool has very poor filteration and has not been cleaned one time. There is no pool man. Maintance man is joke.

The manager will get into you personal belongings when she inspects the units. There is no fire arms allowed. You get a belittling note on your door every month. 90% of the tenants are not planning on renewing their leases. My advice is to look elsewhere for a place to live.
