the vet was really nice and kind, but his staff, the front desk, person was not. I called and told her my kitten that had been there the day before, had died and she could remove her records. She said, "okay, I'll remove them". There was no, I'm so sorry your kitten died, or is there anything we can do. No mention of the fact that I just said our family kitten had just died.She should not be working in a vets office where people come and bring their pets, who are like family members, to them.

Great vet, super friendly, expert care. Went out of their way to serve us.
