Gateway Buick GMC

I'm just sitting down at my desk from getting my car back at Gateway. I was way overdue for an oil change and traveling early next week so had to get in very last min. I requested an oil change last night for this morning. Julie called me almost immediately and was so nice trying to do everything to fit me in ASAP. I ended up calling back this morning slightly frantic and they could get my car in within the hour and back shortly after if I needed. Dan drove me back to my office & was so sweet just asking me great questions getting to know me - nothing once about trying to sell me a car or upsell me on service. From the receptionist to Justin in service to the service cashier, every person was in a positive mood which is almost ridiculous that I have to mention that but we just assume these days that people who work at dealerships are rude. I'm no one super important or spending tons of money, literally just an oil change, but they gave me the best service. I was having a chaotic day and dealing with Gateway just reminded me to breathe and that I could trust them to get that part of my day taken care of without issue. I know everyone takes to these sites when they have a bad experience and assumes good reviews are BS but that's totally unfair. I'm genuinely happy with the service and want others to know this is a great reliable dealership.

Not even worthy of 1 star. Salesman were good but that is all I can say. Traded in a vehicle and 3 weeks later they still have not paid off my loan. Had a co worker who bought a vehicle from them and it took over 4 weeks to get title work on that vehicle and had to pay late fees for registration.

I have called over 8 times over 2 days leaving messages and talking to receptionist and never actually able to talk to a person who can assist me. Get different answers of on lunch, in meeting, not here, on other line, etc with promises they will call back in 15 mins and no one responds.

Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
