watch out for return policy!!
I bought 3 cans of car waxing product from this company at a local gas station stand and when i got home my husband said he did not want me to use anything else other than water and soap on my car (even though the product demo looked great to me). The sales person from whom I bought these was very friendly and made sure I knew I had a 30-day money back guarantee on it, and added his phone number to the receipt in case I had any questions. So I wasn't worried at all, until I called him back to ask how/where to return the products (I went back to the gas station and he was no longer there). He said he did not take returns and I had to call the company to get information on how to do that. Turns out they expect me - a busy mother of two who lives in the peninsula - to bring the products back to their office, in Hayward!!!! The person who answered the phone at their office was very nice and said she would see if it is possible to make a different arrangement. I hope it is, and this return happens smoothly, in which case I will come back here and change my review to a more positive one.
UPDATE: Just wanted to give an update on the return situation: the company accepted my return by mail and paid for the costs of shipping. A very fair resolution. They regained my trust.
