        This was a very professional company. I felt safe, the truck was new and the driver helped me with a stressful situation. i highly recommend them.

        Had a tire blowout on 580 on my dually towing the 5th wheel. Called Jack James because they were open on Saturday. Woman that answered the phone was a little iffy, but the tow truck driver JJ was excellent. Got us on our way in less than 1 1/2 hours. Thanks!

        Overall

        I Highly recommend these guys! They are very skilled at what they do and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We had to have our car recovered from an accident scene and they were able to do it without causing any further damage. Their trucks are super nice and everyone we met that night were really helpful and friendly. I hope i don't need a tow any time soon but if I do I will call Jack James Tow.
