A-1 Vacuum-Sewing

I had a great customer experience while using their services for the first time last week. The lady who answered my call was able to not only save me time by providing the quickest info I needed but also saved me some money compared to a few other businesses who quoted me on my Miele vacuum repair. I brought my vacuum in the next day and they were able to fix it the same day. If you want fast, time-saving and cost-effective service give them a call.

The motor on my Eureka upright stopped running and since A1 was a factory authorized repair center I called them. fIrst I asked what the price of a new motor would be. Their owner/representative told me that the part would be about $100. As a new vacuum would run around $118 I scrapped the idea of a motor replacement and asked if he could bypass or replace the automatic overload which shuts down the motor when overheated if this were indeed the problem. I was told that he would test it for free and could bypass it if it was faulty. I drove to Hayward and took about an hour of my time. When I gave him the vacuum he turned on the switch and said that I needed a new motor and it would not be worth repairing. I reminded him of our conversation and his promise to test/repair the overloads. He immediately said that they couldn't be bypassed or replaced and proceeded to try and sell me a $500 vacuum cleaner. The bottom line is that he lied to me and wasted my time and money to get me in the store to make a sale. I would not recommend this merchant to anyone.

I have been dealing with A1 Sewing and Vacuum for years. You will be sure to get great service. The owners go out of their way to make sure your parts are on time. I purchased a Janome machine over 3 years ago, and receive the same great service, as if I bought it today.
