I'd been researching bikes for quite a while. When it finally came time to make a purchase, I came across East Bay Motorsport because they had the right bike at the best price in the Bay Area. Julie Brookings was extraordinarily helpful from start to finish, happily fielding all my questions and making me feel right at home at their showroom. Five stars.

They have a good selection of bikes. Not too many cruisers or touring bikes. The sales person I was working with was Jose. He had a great sense of humor and had a wonderful can do attitude. I do see myself going back eventually.

Great people here. Marty helped me get a great deal on a The Kawasaki ultra 310x. If you stop by ask him why do mermaids wear sea shells. He has a ton of jokes. Overall I had a great experience. I would recommend shopping here for all your powersport needs. You always get the best deals when they are motivated to get rid of their year old stock.

We went in to get my husband his first bike and i could not have asked for a better experience.
From the minute we walked in the door Jose was the first one to approach us. My husband knew exactly what he wanted so he asked Jose about the bike he was looking for. Unfortunately they had sold it but Jose let us know he could try to get us a good deal for another bike. And he did. He was very patient, NOT pushy at all and very friendly. He got us a good deal and we came out happy. Im happy to say, for it being my husbands first time getting a motorcycle, I am happy Jose was there to help us and make our experience a great one!

Thank you Jose for an awesome first time experience of buying my spark Jetski. There are a few dealers in the valley closer to where I live but I chose East Bay Motor Sports because they have an awesome and knowledgeable staff. They also have a lot of stock on the floor to look at and touch.

My husband bought a motorcycle here and the process was eh, but he just returned for the first oil change/service and I have to say George made the experience great. He had a great attitude and answered all questions we had. It is hot as hell outside and he still had a smile on his face. If I could give him ten stars I would.

I have been a customer of East Bay motorsports for over 13 years and remember when they opened. In this time I have purchased 6 motorcycles and cannot even begin to tell you how much in parts! Lol with that said I've seen many different employees move through the business. I can tell you that Matt, the parts Manger, Paulo, Robert and the rest of his team always do there best to find what I'm looking for and give me the best price they can. Currently, I deal with Paulo mostly and we always have a good laugh and find what I'm looking for. I highly recommend East Bay Motorsports for any of your motorcycle needs.

Came in this past Saturday to buy a ski. The salesman that helped me was very helpful. They also had a FREE BBQ for all of the customers.

I just bought my second bike from East Bay and had a great experience with Marty. I needed and obscure part, and Covonne was a huge help. He got me the part I needed was a pleasure to work with. Really nice guy.
