I came to this place because I needed a tire after my tire blew. After trying several places that tried to overcharge me and delay service I arrived here. Within five minutes I had a decent quote and a new tire. The price I was quoted here was far less than others places I tried for the exact same tire. The man who helped me was so polite and I was out in 10 minutes flat. Highly recommend Ama

AMA Tires -who also does brakes & OIL changes- is HORRIBLE! I went there after work to get as simple oil change and they didn't have the oil my car takes and told me I can go get it myself with a filter too lol and bring it back to them or I can come back the next day and he would have it then...so of course I said I will come back the next day at the same time, he assured me he would have it and I drove off. I returned the next day to only be told by another worker they don't have that oil, I then asked for the other guy to come talk to me...he slowly walked over --It was obvious he forgot and didn't want to come up to me-- I smiled politely still and said "did you forget? " he said he did forget. Mind you my car does not need synthetic, I only needed W5-20. He then said how many miles does your car have and I said under 90,000 he said "well your car should be using W10-40" and I said no my manual says W5-20 and that is what has always been added. He then proceeded to sell me on why I should just use this thick oil. He stepped away while I made a call to my mechanic uncle who lives 5 hours away, I explained the situation and my uncle assured me NOT to use the W10-40. I then hung up with him and asked the other guy about why that guy would want me to use the wrong oil, he said well that is the only oil we have right now so maybe that is why...I said WOW so that is why he wants me to use it because he doesn't want to admit that or take time to get any other kind. This other guy said he can go get the correct oil for me which was apparently within walking distance he said so a gleam of hope arrived so I thought... but then that hope died quickly- as the other guy stopped him and told him in Spanish..no her uncle she called can change the oil. I said "excuse me?!? --yes I understand Spanish lol don't assume whiter skin means your safe to speak BS around in another language-- my uncle is not changing it nor does he even live around here and that was very uncalled for and I don't appreciate that!" At this point I already wasted 20 mins here getting the runaround instead of the truth...so I was DONE and walked out.

DON''T EVER GO HERE...they are not honest and they work with only one basic oil and no oil filters in stock...REALLY? Who runs a business like that while advertising on a HUGE sign..Oil changes??? Had I not asked questions, I would assume they were going to put correct oil in but not the case, so always watch what they are adding to your vehicle no matter where you go! I would give zero stars if it allowed me to.
