First impressions are everything. I've gone here before to have work done and it's always been in person. They've been wonderful every single time. Until now. I called to inquire about getting something fixed on my car. I had another question and called back. I just wanted some answers because I hadn't has this problem before and didnt know much about it. Instead I got short clipped answers and I was accused that I thought they were trying to screw me over. No, I didn't assume that and they haven't screwed me over in the past. Now I realize some problems you don't know how much it will cost until it's said and done. That's fine. What's not fine is lacking zero communication skills over the phone. Several good experiences are ending with this one bad experience. I will not ever go there to have anything done again. Because of one bad experience amongst several good ones. Businesses thrive on people skills. Make the good hire for face to face communication and over the phone as well. It makes or breaks customer loyalty. It broke mine today. Proceed with caution when wanting to get things fixed here.
