We were in great need of a battery replacement. Napa referred us to a place called Staab but though they were standing around talking, they said they had no time to install a battery. I ended up going to five different places before finding Davis. These guys stopped what they were doing to help me get on the road. Thank you Dallas and team for taking care of my family and me when no one else we spoke with in Hays would. We are grateful to you guys.

My jeep's alternator went out and my sister and I were stranded at a gas station in Bunker Hill KS. The man who came to tow us, Robbie, was personable and prompt and went above and beyond to get us set up to continue our road trip. He not only drove the jeep to the mechanic shop I requested but also dropped us off at a hotel. Thanks for the great service!

My experience with Davis Automotive was absolutely horrible to say the least. In a FIVE month span of them having my car not only did it not get fixed, he managed to actually total it. Extremely unknowledgeable, or maybe he was just lazy. When all was said & done, my car ended up parked in his Parking lot ready for me to tow, with half of the engine in the passenger side. If you want any trust worthy hand laid on your every day form of transportation, Davis Automotive is the last place to go.
