Received a coupon for $50 gutter cleaning and made appointment. Wesley arrived with another man who did a 12 minute gutter cleaning and never checked the downspout as requested. We were charged $125 and he attempted to scare us with a unnecessary chimney repair that was already done for a few thousand dollars more. Repeated attempts to contact the owner while Wesley was here and also after they left. Still no response one month later from this "satisfaction guaranteed" company. Homeowners beware!

I made an appointment with this company I saw an ad in the money mailer for a $50 gutter cleaning they told me someone would be out between 3 to 5 PM someone showed up at my house at 10:30 AM when I was at work they told my roommate the cost of the job would be $75 then left. Coupon is a scam and obviously don't honor it would not show up on the agreed time or come back out when called that same day complete waste of time only needed one gutter cleaned too which they would have heard from myself if they had showed up on time. Pat the manager was not helpful 100% satisfaction guaranteed my a@&!

Do NOT hire this company. The salesperson is extremely polite and will bring you to the roof to review the issue. One chimney and numerous returns my roof needs to be repaired again. The last time they came, I was told I needed new siding. Asked another company to come and look and he immediately saw a spot on the roof where you can see the wood. He indicated he could not confirm that would take care of the issue, but why is there wood showing after he replaced the entire side of the house?

All Stars was professional and prompt from providing an estimate to starting our job. This included an entire rip out from ground to caps. Wesley explained everything clearly and actually showed us the deterioration that had occurred in our old chimney. The workers were thorough and cleaned up the surrounding property every evening. The workers,Alberto and Manny, explained what was progressing daily. We are happy with their work.

All Stars Home Services had a chimney cleaning coupon in the moneymailer for 29.99. The guy came last week and told me I needed $1800 in repairs to my chimney WITHOUT taking a ladder up to look at it! I have since had a contractor and a chimney cleaning company look at it. Both said there is nothing wrong with my chimney. I called All Stars to complain and was told someone would call me back. No such luck.

I had an appointment for gutter cleaning, between 1-4 at 4:40 they called to reschedule three days later and ould NOT schedule better than a 3 hr window. I WOULD NOT do business with an UNRLIABLE firm with NO REGARD for other peoples time! NO STARS is a better name for thm

The crew just left. They rebuilt my chimney from the roof line up. Very happy with there work. Very professional. The job looks great. They cleaned the area before they left. I would recommend them to all who need there services. I'll be calling them in the spring for more work.

They replaced my gutters at the price quoted.

All Stars did a good job with correcting our gutter problem and the price was reasonable. I would use them again. They were quick too which was a nice surprise.

All Stars Construction did a great job on my roof repair. I had a leak from the bad winter and they knew just what to do. They were on time and courteous. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs their roof worked on! Thanks for a great job!!

Do your research before you let people into your home not only was the technician under the impression he was doing a gutter job I was made to wait all day. Very polite.
