Disappointing experience! Dropped off a chainsaw chain for sharpening and was quoted $9.95 for sharpening and an estimate completion time of a couple hours. I got a call back from the shop 15 minutes later informing me that it was a carbide chain and it would take longer but would be done by the end of the day. They also said that they would honor the price estimate since it was their fault. I didn't expect this but was impressed. I didn't hear anything back from the shop that day or the next day so I stop in to check it out. This is where things went down hill. The owner was there and informed me that it was going to be $35.99 and would take more time. I mentioned that i was told that they would honor the price. Immediately, she got super defensive and said that she was standing there when the employee called me and told me that they could not do it for that. I have no problem with paying the $35.99 but I do have a problem with her story. I will not be going back.
