All I can say is awesome! Majestic has been able to get parts for me that no one can get. They have the best warranty I know of. Better than any "BIG COMPANY". I had a hard drive go out. The machine was just over a year old. I took it back to where I bought it and was told it was out of warranty. The other local dealer wanted to charge me $300 for the new hard drive and putting it in my machine. He also said none of the data could be recovered. I was upset to say the least. A friend of mine told me not to do anything till I talked to Majestic. I took the machine to them. They told me the drive was probally under warranty. I told them it was not because when i boughtthe computer from the other local deal it came with a 1 year warranty. It was explanied to me by Majestic that was his warranty not the hard drive manufacture. They verified the warranty with the hard drive manufacture and it had 2 more years factory warranty. Since I did not buy the machine from Majestic, they charged me a small shipping fee to return the drive to the manufactor for replacement. They booted up the drive in DOS mode and retreive all my data. WHAT A BLESSING!! They charged me $135 total to retreive my data, install the new drive, and load the operationg system. I have NO COMPLAINTS. Since then, they have done alot of work for me. It has always been right on target. The problem has been solved and the prices has been great. THANKS GUYS FOR ALL YOU DO!

I know that they have done great work in the past but it seems like it has taken quite a long time. Majestic has had my computer over 8 weeks and I was told at the time I dropped it off that in would be ready in about a week. I have not received any phone calls stating that it would be taking longer or what was wrong with it. I started calling after Majestic had the computer 3 weeks. I have called now to check up on it but have never received a phone call from them. I know Glen personally and trust him with my business but it just seems that something is wrong this time around. I had even purchased this computer from Glen. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.
Majestic has help me more times than you can count in the many years they have been in business. They alsways have what you need and their prices can't be beat. They have always been professional and courteous to me. I highly recommend them
