I purchased a pre-owned 2011 Toyota Highlander at Petro Nissan about a month ago. I've purchased a lot of cars - new and used - and this was without a doubt the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. When I saw (on Petro's website) the 2011 Blizzard Pearl Highlander Base with V6, leather, tech package including back-up cam and in pristine condition with 75,000 miles for $17,900, I thought it was a mistake. I took off work at noon and hurried to Hattiesburg to see it. It was perfect, as advertised, and this was the first time I've ever bought a car and felt no need to negotiate the price. The only negotiation was on my trade-in. I wanted $10k, but they gave me$9k, which I was ok with. It was the easiest car deal I've ever done. Many thanks to Joe and Blake (my sales guys) and the rest of the staff there. This is a great car dealership, from what I can tell, top-to-bottom. I've told and will continue to tell people that they should check Petro if they are car shipping.

I got to experience the best customer service ever received at a dealership at Petro Nissan. My experience at the dealership that I purchased my first vehicle at was terrible compared to my overall experience at Petro Nissan. My salesman, Carey Cooper, handled everything in a very professional and friendly manner. His calm demeanor made me feel comfortable and trust him with the trade-in of my Honda for a new vehicle. I loved my Honda, but I love my new Nissan Rogue more….thanks to Carey Cooper, Mr. Liggett, and Petro Nissan for making it possible for me to get the car I wanted and at a reasonable price. I looked at a used car from Petro. The salesman Ken was great and not pushy. He did knew I was coming via email (from this site) so he researched the car i was interested which helped answer my questions. I bought the car "as is", no warranty but when i got home that night I had a problem with it. The issue was a very hard one to find so I truly believe they did not know about it. Petro fixed the car without hassel and Ken kept me informed the whole way. I would definitely recommend this dealership and seeing Ken!
