Always feel like my car and myself are treated very well. Feel safe after my car has been worked on at Advanced tech. Mark is welcoming and careful. Enjoy doing business. A car "fix-it place" is often uncomfortabe for me. Advanced Tech always feels very comfortable.

I have been going to Advanced Technical Repair for a handful of years now and not once have I ever had an unpleasant experience; even when Mark has to give me expensive news about my car!!! All members of Mark's team are willing and ready to explain what they are doing and sometimes they might even bring you into the garage to show you for yourself where your car is in need of help. This openness and honesty with their work reassures and comforts me. I know they are taking care of me and my car and not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in regards to repairs and necessary maintenance on my car. Other important customer service points: My questions are always welcome, they squeeze me in when I am early and do everything they can to keep my costs down. In my humble opinion, there is no doubt that Advanced Technical Repair is the Valley's Best Repair Shop and I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here and Mark is open for business.

other then the pic above being way too clean for a car shop you guys are the best and can not imagine ever leaving the valley as i would never be able to find another reputable mech for my ailing car.

I am planning on moving out of state. I only hope that I can find a place to service my vehicle, that can give me the same peace of mind that I enjoy at Advanced Technical Repair. I know that my vehicle is well cared for and the work is performed well with a fair price.

Mark and his crew did an excellent job on my Jeep when the clock spring went in my steering wheel and they even ripped out my old alarm system that had decided to render my vehicle non-drivable at no charge either. I highly recommend them.

He was honest with us when our previous car was no longer worth maintaining and is honest with us now when routine maintenance is generally all we need. The service was great as usual and i like the fact that Mark takes the time to educate and explain the work that was done. If i ever have anyone ask me where they should go to have their car repaired i would certainly send them to Advanced.
