We Buy and Sell Scrap Metals Sullivan's Scrap Metals is a scrap metal processing company which specializes in the purchase of both ferrous and nonferrous metals. We are the initial step in the manufacture of new material. Processing and preparing your scrap metal begins the vital chain of manufacturing new metal for industry. This process saves our country crucial energy every day. Our Services Scrap Drop-off We buy all types of metals at both our Philadelphia and Bucks locations. Contact us, or get directions here. We pay top prices for all types of metals. Copper, Aluminum, Brass, electric and communication wire, stainless steel, etc. can all be brought into our facility. Some material may need to be analyzed and graded with our state of the art equipment, or if oversized, may need special handling. Please call if there are special questions or concerns. We do not accept material containing any ozone depleting substances such as CFC's and HCFC's, as defined in section 608 of the Clean Air Act, or any material containing PCB's or other hazardous materials. Please call ahead if you are unsure of the material in question. We offer payment in the form of cash or check. Roll-off Container Service We provide open-top container service for scrap metal as well as flat bed and closed van trailers. Our trucking department will deliver and pick up the containers from your business or job site at your request. We have various size containers available and can be left on site until the container is complete or ready for a switch out. We pride ourselves on the slogan "Service is our Specialty" and are committed to providing you with quick turnaround. Please notify us 1 day in advance for pick ups and switch outs. Processing and Mill Preparation Our scrap metal processing facilities are prepared to handle all kinds of ferrous scrap and nonferrous scrap. We have the necessary equipment, space and industry knowledge to prepare your scrap metal material into the specialty grades that meet rigid scrap recycling industry specifications. Computer Analysis of Your Material We have the ability to test all scrap metal materials with our state of the art spectro analysis equipment. This translates to profits for our suppliers and customers since we can identify exactly what material is being processed. Custom Solutions We will find a solution for your scrap metal recycling needs - custom containers, material handling, and transportation services. Whether there is a unique shipment of oversized pieces, or special handling of sensitive material which needs certified material destruction, we can help.

Sullivan Scrap lost a customer!! I would give zero stars if possible. your employee at the nonferrous metals who is foreign was extremely rude, he went through my seperated e scrap, grabbed what he wanted and told me the rest was crap. The he threw it all together in a large trashcan ( it was separated in individual buckets as your other nonferrous employee trained me to do)and tried to take it from me without paying me!!! He also low balled my scrap prices which i use to feed my family. i will never come there again. wilcox and e scrap online will be my new scrappers. I know i didn't bring much but i was just starting and was testing all local scrappers, you lost big time!! I have thousands of laptops and PCs...
However, your ferrous metal employee and the other nonferrous employee were great, it's a shame you changed to the other guy. CU!

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. All our staff is trained to provide customers with proper information and a proper explanation for any questions you may have. We will speak with our employee today regarding your transaction and understand what took place on Saturday. I believe that the way he may have explained it might construed improperly due to his accent. We want our employees to be friendly and by no means rude to our customers. However, we will look into the matter today and Gordon, my operations manager, or myself will reach out to you.
In the meantime please see myself or Gordon, my operations mgr, and we will give you an extra $0.05 per pound on your escrap the next time you are in. We value all customers business and thank you.

This transaction happened a few weeks ago, I am sure you can look up my name to see the last time I was there. I understand that everyone is instructed to give information regarding the scrap brought to you but it changed from the last person who used to run the nonferrous. I followed the previous employees instructions perfectly and received nothing but problems a few weeks later from this employee. There was no problem with his accent, I work with many people from all over the world so I am very accustomed to this and am rather annoyed that this is even a concern. Also giving me .05 per pound as a consolation is absurd since it is offered to everyone who downloads your coupon online...pacification is not required since I will not be there ever again!
Bad reviews will be following this email as I don't want anyone else to be snookered!
I've been to over a dozen scrap yards and this one is by far the worst. Their prices are crappy and they don't know how to weigh their scrap none the less they used foul language while talking to me. Very disrespectful and I'm very disappointed
This is the most honest place to do business. They treat everybody like they actually like to have them come in. Prices are dead on.
