Sullivan Scrap lost a customer!! I would give zero stars if possible. your employee at the nonferrous metals who is foreign was extremely rude, he went through my seperated e scrap, grabbed what he wanted and told me the rest was crap. The he threw it all together in a large trashcan ( it was separated in individual buckets as your other nonferrous employee trained me to do)and tried to take it from me without paying me!!! He also low balled my scrap prices which i use to feed my family. i will never come there again. wilcox and e scrap online will be my new scrappers. I know i didn't bring much but i was just starting and was testing all local scrappers, you lost big time!! I have thousands of laptops and PCs...
However, your ferrous metal employee and the other nonferrous employee were great, it's a shame you changed to the other guy. CU!

We will speak with our employee today regarding your transaction and understand what took place on Saturday. I believe that the way he may have explained it might construed improperly due to his accent. We want our employees to be friendly and by no means rude to our customers. This transaction happened a few weeks ago, I am sure you can look up my name to see the last time I was there. I understand that everyone is instructed to give information regarding the scrap brought to you but it changed from the last person who used to run the nonferrous. I followed the previous employees instructions perfectly and received nothing but problems a few weeks later from this employee. There was no problem with his accent, I work with many people from all over the world so I am very accustomed to this and am rather annoyed that this is even a concern. Also giving me .05 per pound as a consolation is absurd since it is offered to everyone who downloads your coupon online...pacification is not required since I will not be there ever again!
Bad reviews will be following this email as I don't want anyone else to be snookered!
