Very disappointed with the service. A few months after my exam and picking up my contacts, I lost 6 within a month. They all ripped. It was a new brand recommended by the Dr. When I called to discuss my options for the unopened boxes, they told me they lost my file, said they would call me back four different times (which never once happened) and then told me I should have returned them within 60 days. Had I known they were going to be poor quality, I wouldn't have purchased them to begin with. And they still have not located my file. Glad to know they take care of personal medical information. I will not be returning.
