This place is a Haven for junkies thieves and scum of the earth. The smell if sewage is profuse. Even the tap water smells like raw sewage. The laundry machines rip u off. No manager on site. And the landlord thinks he can pop up whenever to pick up rent. God forbid u at work when he tries to pick up rent. He will put an eviction on your door. And they do not pick your trash up as advertised. And i had to cut my own grass. Potholes will tear your car up. And ot floods so bad i almost got water in my car trying to get to my camper. Good luck. I had 300 dvd movies stolen out my camper while i was at work.
