Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely miserable experience & it’s not even over yet.I had to use enterprise while my car was being worked on from a bad accident.I was not at fault whatsoever but, I felt like I was while dealing with this company.I’ve never been in an accident or had to rent a car so I was going into this blind.If youre using them for insurance purposes you still have to pay a deposit.They watched me struggle for 30+ minutes trying to transfer funds from my savings to checking since they WONT ACCEPT CASH.It was so inconvenient when the enterprise people 1st called to tell me the reservation was ready they didn’t say I’d have to pay these fees & sit there for 20+ Mins filling out paperwork!I showed up to pick up the car at the time they opened & didn’t leave until an hour and half later.Expect a downgrade w/ a lot of stains/scratched all over car.Bringing back the car has taken an entire day.I didn’t receive a call until THE DAY the car was due back (9/4)-I got the call at 9am to bring the car back by the end of the day since my car was ready. I told them I couldn’t since they gave me no notice.The next day they called to lmk that if I didn’t bring the car back I wouldn’t get my $50.NOT mentioned at the time of the rental pick up/during call on 9/4.I went to drop the car off & found out it would be a $200 fine for the pet hair in the car.I couldn’t understand why I had to vacuum these few strands of hair when they have to vacuum the car anyway.Their response was that pets aren’t allowed in their cars which was stated in the contract.Nothing was said about no smoking, no pets, no going out of the state, etc. as the fine print on the paper says.All they tell you about the paper is the extra insurance you can pay for.IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ THE FINE PRINT ON ALL FORMS THEY GIVE YOU MAKE THEM GIVE YOU TIME TO.I pleaded with them to give me an extension to have the rental 1 more day bc I’m so worried I won’t be able to bring it back in time before they close and loose my $.

They were ok at the beginning, then they started lying and overcharging me.



I will never use them again.

Not only was the customer service fantasic but after calling around to different rental car places, they had the best rates. It was an extra bonus that they gave me and my daughter a ride home when my husband had to unexpectedly work overtime and wasn't able to pick us up. I would definitely use them again in the future and reccommend them family, friends, and anyone else who would listen :o)

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. And not just this one. all of them. We rented 2 vans from them 2 weeks prior to the date for a youth trip. 6 kids 2 adults and a lot of luggage. They called us 2 days before we left to inform us that we can't rent vans because we are under 25. But they did not tell us this when we made the reservation. So after about an hour later and plenty phone calls we had to settle with one van and one of our own vehicles. The day we pick the van up it took us an hour to get it. We then find out they don't have any vans. They give us a SUV (on empty). whatever we just needed to go. We fill it up($52). 20 min later it breaks down on the GNO bridge. 2 hours later we have another van from a different enterprise location. (on empty AGAIN). everything ran smooth until we returned it. they tried to blame the dent, that was already there when we got the van, on us. We had to make them call the other location to get the sheet that they filled out before we took the van. And we had to convince them to pay for the gas that we put in the first SUV, which we gave them the receipt but they put it in the SHREDDER! Also when we went to get the second van there we people who had been waiting for 3 hours who made reservations weeks before. If I could give this place a negative star I would.
