This company has been extremely professional and kind. They go above and beyond. The office staff, the estimators, and the guys doing the job were all easy to work with and answered all my questions with patience. All around great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Had a long overdue paving and sealcoating project completed this season by Hastings. They removed and replaced my mess of a driveway back in June and they sealcoated in October. I couldn't be happier with the end result. EVERYONE was SO extremely helpful, courteous, kind and responsive! Really great customer service from start to finish!! Hastings presentation and work exceeds all of their competition by far! Would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them year after year! Thank you Team Hastings!! ALL of you!!

I had a very narrow time window to get my driveway seal coated and crack filled. And I waited until almost the last minute to schedule this work. Hastings had the best price and, more importantly, went out of their way to meet my time schedule.

One thing I like about Hastings is their communication. I always got a live person when I called them, and they kept me informed as to their schedule. With other companies I only get voice mail, frequently not returned.

Oh, and the work was first rate. All cracks filled and the driveway seal coated. I will be using them again.

Time got away from me this summer and I waited far too long to contact paving companies. I was finally able to get through to 3 different paving operations who were still willing to get me an estimate and complete the work still this year (November!). Hastings Asphalt did not disappoint! From the first phone call, to the VERY professional estimate, to the end result of my new driveway--I was EXTREMELY impressed and very satisfied! I did my homework and got estimates for my driveway from 5 different companies. I know that seems excessive but if I'm going to spend that kind of money on my driveway investment, I wanted to make sure I was paying a decent price. After reviewing all estimates I chose Hastings. I will say that they were not the least expensive. Truth be told, they were on the higher side, however, from a customer service perspective, it was well worth each additional dollar. Their proposal was EXTREMELY professional as well as their estimator and very kind office staff. They we considerate and compassionate about all my questions and answered them all with no attitude--unlike several of the others!! I did have to wait a few weeks to have my work done because I guess they are real busy, but I didn't mind the wait--hey, the driveway has looked this way for years, a few more weeks isn't going to kill me! WELL worth the couple extra bucks and the wait to have a VERY PROFESSIONAL company to deal with. I can't THANK YOU enough Hastings for a job VERY WELL DONE and a life long customer!!

Got three estimates to sealcoat our decade-old driveway. One from the guys who put it in; one from the biggest company in Barrington; and one from Hastings (after I saw their newspaper ad). True, their estimate was a few dollars more than the other guys but this is by far the best sealcoat job we've ever gotten! Thanks, Russell, Frankie, Kylie and crew!

I called a total of 5 asphalt companies last week for estimates. Hastings seems to be the only company who wants or needs business. Everywhere else I called either had no answer or a machine. At least they have a live person in the office to talk to. Plus, they came out in two days and did a very detailed and professional estimate giving me options to choose from. LOVE the customer service! I was referred by my neighbor and I'm glad I called them.

i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. he is way to over priced and doesn't care about how the job looks. the only thing i would recommend it the employees who work there. i would hire those guys to do side work for me any day!
