I stay at 31 Gilliett st. Avoid these people as much as possible. the staff in the main office is unfriendly and rude. The neighborhood is horrible. They openly sell drugs across the street and there has been 2 shootings in the last month. As for the building the buzzer system doesn't work, Period. the elevator always messes up and stops working and There is always random people knocking on your door trying to sale stuff, There is no trash shoot you have to walk out the back of the building and walk what feels like a half a block away just to throw out your trash,its hard to find parking some nights, The place is very out-dated and the glass in my window suddenly fell out last week for no reason but the wind. I will be moving at the end of my lease far from hear and far from any building this company owns.
