        Went in and picked out a home that was a resell. Paying cash and Jeff refused to go down on the price at all. Told us it would be ready to set in two weeks, as he was goinf to add linoleum, new carpet, fix the roof, and a few other things. Three weeks later and he calls to say we have to pay foe the home before he will move it, but of course it's not ready. I paid for a lot for July and now August as well as rent and 27k for a home that i have no idea when it will be ready or even set on the lot i've paid for. Don't go here, look elsewhere.

        My family and I could not be any happier with our new home purchased from New Castle. The professionalism displayed by Jeff, and Jim was second to none. They did not try to pressure us into any decision and patiently assisted us in making this our dream home. I have already recommended New Castle to all of my friends, and will everyone else I meet that are searching for a future home.
