Over the years I have seen many doctors for treatment. So many that I had just gave up. My family doctor referred me to Hess Orthopedics and after procrastinating for over 6 months, I finally gave in. On my very first initial visit, I was greeted with a very friendly staff. I was referred to Justin Nolen, who took his time reviewing all of my xray's with me. He took his time and explained to me why I felt the pain I did. We also discussed a treatment plan that included physical therapy, which was on site . And the option of not having to take harmful pain medication, to cover up the problem. I really appreciated Mr. Nolen spending the time and including my thoughts and feelings and including my views in deciding the direction my treatment plan would go. It also made it nice to not have to drive, and worry if my PT and Referring Ph
