These folks were awesome with their customer service skills and for considering all my needs as a renter. I would definitely recommend them, they are more than capable and willing to help in all situations. My only negative remark would be that Enterprise, overall, needs a special program for Disabled folks. Having to pay for an Suv is killer on the pocket book and, but larger vehicles are necessary for those of us with mobility and pain issues. I hope someone in management reads this and comes up with a plan to help the Disabled. Thank you again Daniel and everyone else at this Enterprise that helped make renting a pleasant experience (other than the cost, of course ;)

Customer service was okay, not everyone in Harrisonburg office was as well trained as others. Check in took forever, even though they had information from reservation. The car they gave us was awesome, brand new fully loaded Sonata with only 500 miles. Only thing was on day 5 of a 14 day rental, the Sirus was shut off, guess free trial offer was over.
