Silvers Family Dental Care

As much as you would like to give someone a bad review for telling you that you need to go get two root canals, that wouldn't be fair because the dentists and staff here are actually very nice, helpful, and experienced. The office is very sophisticated with all new equipment and crazy gadgets to attack your teeth with. Dr. Silvers explains everything that he is doing so you pretty much always know what to expect. So, despite the dire circumstances of root canals, I would recommend this office to anyone needing work done on their mouth.

I think finding a good dentist who isn't going to try and do unnecessary work on your mouth is very difficult. I was relieved to find Silvers Family Dental Care when I moved back to Harrisburg, PA. They are great with preventative care. They won't do work unless they really feel it is needed. The staff is great and the office boasts the latest in dental equipment.

The care that Dr. Silvers gives is second to none. I had just moved to the area and was in very bad pain on a Saturday night, I called the emergency number and within 15 minutes he had returned my call and said that if I could not make it through the night he would go into the office around 1 A.M. to see what the problem was.I realy did not want to go to the dentist at 1 in the morning. However I did take him up on his offer to meet him there at 8 the next morning. He and his wife were there at 8 and fixed me right up. I have always been afraid of dentists, not any more. In my opinion he is a person that realy cares about the patient. I have been back for follow up care and other procedures and he still shows the same compasion for the patient as he did from day one.The last time that I went i had a wisdom tooth pulled and then gave myself drysocket (I must quit smoking) anyway he seen me every morning berfore they opened to repack my socket to

I'm a very nervous and apprehensive patient when it comes to visiting the dentist but Silvers Family Dental took that fear away with their welcoming and friendly staff. I would recommend Dr. Silvers and their staff to anyone.
