Property Therapy

This was the second time that Property Therapy helped us out. The first time was to address a handful of punch list items on the inspection of a home that we were selling. All of the items were handled professionally and quickly.

Based on that we asked them to help us with a small tiling project in our new house. Well, new to us, but 30 years old, so we have a number of small projects to bring it up to date. Steve and Paul pulled a toilet and carpet in a water closet and put in a new tile floor. They did a great job installing new sub-flooring, dealing with a less than perfectly square area, and made the entire project turn out perfectly.

They stopped by to evaluate the job, worked with us on suppliers and materials, and worked us into their schedule quickly. Once started, they were very careful bringing materials through the rest of the house and were neat and clean in the work area. When they finished, they cleaned up and left everything in great shape.

We will definitely have them back when we move on to new projects.
