        I went to Empire and what a waist of money. The teachers have bad attitudes and the students were so disrespectfull. I took a personal loan to go because I wanted to lean a new trade. The others were there to keep there welfare benefits so they didn't care. The teacher told me the one day the salons will train me what they want me to know. Now what kind of attitude was that. I cried on my way home every night. I would NEVER RECOMEND empire to anyone that is serious about learning.

        I went to EBS for 10 months as a full time student within the last 5 years. I HATED it. I graduated with an average grade over 90%, numerous clients, and worked 30-40 hrs a week plus 9-4pm Mon-Fri at school. Some students barely attended, failed, and yet went for free. Despite the fact I graduated from HS with a 3.5GPA and1190 SAT, this private accredited school offered no grants scholarships to me, so I had to get Federal and Private loans totalling nearly $20K after interest. Although EBS prepared me well for State Boards (I had a 98%), it did little to find me a "QUALITY" career: The school fails to tell you that you will average $15K a year for the first few years after graduation, that is, IF you can secure a job and stay in the industry. I am now $8K in credit card debt after being unable to pay my mortgage, car, and other basic needs for the last year, all while still working 2 jobs (one as a stylist) to make ends meet.THINK and REVIEW carefully your decision to enroll at EBS
