The lady that helped us, Heather, went out of her way staying later than the store was open. Waiting while we debated between two sets, explaining everything about the two sets. Setting the delivery for what we were looking for. Just making the whole process less stressful and easy.

Found exactly what I wanted! Heather my salesperson went above and beyond helping me with my decisions, even moving furniture around so I could find matching pieces!

This is by far the best place to purchase furniture ... the selection is awesome and the prices are right. The staff will do whatever it takes to get you approved. We're spoiled at Ashley !

Robert and the rest of the staff at Ashley's were very friendly and very helpful.I was able to pick out the item that I needed with no pressure as they answered all my questions .I will definitely being going back for the rest of my furniture needs.Also great pricing compared to some of the other stores that I had visited.

Rich, our salesman, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The Office staff, RAVEN and Heather in particular, were great as well. Highly recommended for price, service and decorating advice.

I picked out a loveseat online and went to the store on Union Deposit. I asked for my previous salesperson but she has since transferred to customer service. Gina took time to explain pricing and selection to me and then let me browse on my own. I found the loveseat I was looking for and Gina knew the dimensions right off the bat. She was a very no pressure, low key salesperson and I appreciate that. I ended up not purchasing the loveseat but got the sofa, chair and ottoman instead! I love this store and Gina was terrific!

Rob worked with us on finding the pieces we wanted and got us a great deal. He took his time and made sure we were taken care of. Would recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I have been going to Ashley's for our home furniture for many years and we've never been disappointed. Had the pleasure again today and Gina, our salesperson, was a joy to work with!! She was very friendly and polite, gave us plenty of space and time to look around and was very knowledgeable when we asked questions. When we changed our minds about some of the furniture pieces, she was most gracious and so patient with us even though it meant re-writing our order. She couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful and we look forward to working with her again in the future! She's a true professional!! In fact, everyone we came in contact with at this store from start to finish was very welcoming. The manager, Karen, was also very kind and wonderful to work with as were the office staff. We always feel like valued customers here which is why we keep coming back - and now we're also buying our grandchildren bedroom furniture from Ashley's! We want them to grow up surrounded by beautiful, quality furniture that will make them feel special. We even treated ourselves to a gorgeous leather living room suite today - with power movement - very luxurious and super comfy!! We've shopped other stores in the area and for us Ashley's continues to be the BEST!!! You just can't beat the furniture, prices or the people. We love our home furnishings from Ashley's and always get so many compliments from friends and family on how beautiful and comfortable our home is. Thanks again Ashley's and Gina!!!!

The Salespeople were great. They had some nice traditional looking pieces, as well as really cool modern couches my girlfriend loves.

The delivery even went very smoothly. I am very happy with them, and will return when when I need something else for my house

Made the mistake of walking in to the store to check out things without doing research. They had a sale going on and we dealt with two very pushy sales people making us feel like idiots for not wanting to spend $1000 that very day. We did get what seemed like a good deal, however not with out issues. For one, they told us bonded leather is great durable stuff, only to find out since that the stuff is terrible. Also, my wife went back the next day to finalize the deal, and was told the 5 year warranty the sales person told us we would get, was not included. When I called him on it, he flat out lied saying he told us he would have to drop that in order to get the price down. That was after he put me on hold for 5 minutes to come up with that answer. 100% lie. He still says bonded leather is wonderful stuff even though a google search returned 0% saying such things. Be prepared or stay away.

The store is nice, but the sales people do not give you a chance to look around. They are so pushy and will follow you around the entire store. I was not impressed with their selection or the knowledge of their employees. Even simple questions like asking if the furniture comes in different finishes they could not answer.
