My gas fireplace wouldn't start so I went to the phone book and decided to use Hearthsmart because their ad said they were NFI Certified, Insured, had been in business 30+ years, and serviced all major brands. Wow! Am I glad I selected Hearthsmart. Turns out the fireplace wouldn't start because the double A batteries in the remote control unit in the wall were leaking. Mike cleaned those up and asked me if I wanted to service the fireplace. I decided to go with the full service. He took everything apart, cleaned EVERYTHING, checked for gas leaks, even repainted the walls inside. I watched as he meticulously placed the "embers". I was very impressed. I've recommended Hearthsmart to friends and will continue to do so. And, of course, they are now my "goto" fireplace experts. Thank you Hearthsmart!

Rarely do you ever say that you underpaid for a service. I spoke with Dan and he listened to all of my concerns and found a variety of issues with my fireplace (incorrect installation, faulty installation, cleanup, etc.). The cost was extremely reasonable and after repairing logs, cleaning my glass, reinstalling a safety connection, paint, etc. I cannot say enough. Great Value! Great Service! I am incredibly satisfied and appreciative of the excellent work done! Thank you! I will be passing this information to everyone I know!
The guys at Hearthsmart are extremely professional and courteous. When they were done it looked like a completely new fireplace! We were literally amazed! Well below what we thought a service fee would be cost wise. Also went above and beyond to be sure everything around the fireplace stayed clean. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be calling for future service! Thanks guys!
