Spark All Car Wash

Extremely bad customer service. First time we went mats got confused with another vehicle. My husband asked if they had any extra mats we would just take whatever, we weren't picky at all, but they basically said it wasn't their fault and we were wrong they never mixed up anything. We went again against my husbands better judgement, we have a huge truck and the machine apparently slid up against it which caused a bug scratch. Fortunately it can be waxed out, I asked them if they could just wax it out but instead the manager was much more concerned in pleading his case that it wasn't his machines. What difference does it make?! Just wax it out!! Unfortunately it's the only place in Harlingen like it....
