THIEFS!!!!! These people are THIEFS!!!! I called in an order to be delivered on 3/29/16 and asked if I could mail them TWO balloons to go along with the order. The "lady" I spoke with agreed but she was going to charge me EIGHT dollars (which I thought was oddly high). I checked my cc statement this am to notice that she charged me SIXTEEN+ dollars, FOR TWO BALLOONS!! When I called to dispute the charge she said "I meant each" EACH!! I hope it was worth the business, because I will NEVER call this THIEVING place again!!

Will never do business with this florist again. Flowers looked nothing like the order and when confronted had nothing but excuses. I would recommend finding another florist. Poor service. Poor design choices. No artist ability.

HORRIBLE. DON'T TURST THEM! My...

HORRIBLE. DON'T TURST THEM! My fiance got me flowers for Valentine's Day delivered to my job, they spelled my name wrong, and spelled insurance wrong (they put Issurance) just taky. Then we went out of town Friday and when we got back Sunday he was looking at my flowers and said "How many roses did you get, I said 3 and two lilies" He said "I PAID for a dozen roses and 6 lilies." I said you need to call them. 1st thing Monday morning he called and they didn't want to do anything about it. Said he waited to late to call when yet we were out of town all weekend and he didn't see my flower until Sunday night. Then they came back up to my job on Monday while I was at lunch and wanted to exchange flowers with STILL the wrong flowers which 1. my flowers are at home, 2. he didn't want to wait until I got back from lunch, and 3. he didn't want to come back per my front desk clerk. These fowers still are NOT the right ones. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCAMMERS, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

THE FLOWERS WERE COST AT DOUBLE THE PRICE . THE COMPANY LACKS PEOPLE SKILLS. THEY WILL TELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU WERE TOLD BY THEM. BUYER BE WARE.
