La Espanola Spanish Sausage

I have been to Spain many times, but the paella served here, is in my opinion, one of the best. This half hidden, gourmet "deli" is worth the trip (and cheaper than going to Spain). By the way, Saturday is the only day you can order paella, and nibble the many delicacies they have to offer. You can eat your "take out meal" in the patio area - where you will meet other food "affectionados." One of the customers bought some Spanish sherry and shared it with me, what a treat! So in these turbulent times, know there is a little retreat in Harbor City, California to take break, and for a moment, pretend you are on the southern coast of Spain.
