1 star rating only because there is no -10 rating ..... if you have brick pavers run from these guys .... said they were a 'Professional organization that knew what they were doing' . However, they failed to follow the installation directions posted by the product manufacturer which said 'after installing polymeric sand wait at least 30 days before applying the sealant'; they applied the sealant the day after installing the sand!
As stated in other reviews on this page, the owner really didn't listen to our ongoing complaints about shoddy workmanship, sand erosion, or the white haze their process caused on our bricks. The owner refused to schedule a meeting with their project supervisor (his father) because they were 'behind in other projects and he was too busy'.
I called the manufacturer who sent their rep to our house to look at the end results and suggest a process to remedy their mistakes. That cost me $5750.00 to have one of their authorized installers restore my brick pavers. I'm still waiting fro a refund from DNA Landscapes.
