Not very southern

I've eaten here twice and although the atmosphere and decor is fun, the food and service are both lacking. The food is indicative of New Orleans, but the flavor is nowhere near the boldness of the south. The best part of my meal was the tartar sauce. The servers/bartenders just sit and talk to each other instead of customers. I tried it twice since I love New Orleans so much, but probably won't be back.
