When I contacted "lost and found" I talked to a lady there (a real person not a recording) who was very, very helpful. My situation was complicated because I left it in one of your cars at the airport when I decided to change to another car. I did not know how to identify the car (where my jacket was) except to say it was a "white, midsize, Honda. Immediately getting the coat back to me was complicated because I was in Washington, DC to attend the Joint Session of the Congress and see and hear Pope Francis speak on Thursday morning.
It was within 3-4 hours of making my claim that I was contacted on Wednesday. It took more than one phone call from her, but when she found the jacked, she called me for forwarding instructions. (I had also filled out a claim form on your website.) I would like to give you her name but I have misplaced it. Nevertheless, she is fantastic! She had gotten National a life-long customer.
