Their crew was courteous and did my job in one day. They cleaned up very well and gave me a beautiful job.

Hired the company in sept. 2017 to completely reside 3 sides of the house with cedar shingles and replace rakes, sills, trim, etc. The wrong shingles were delivered to the house THREE times before the right ones were delivered.The installers even started the siding using the wrong color shingles and I had stop them and tell them to remove what they had already done. When they stripped the house of the old cedar shingles, no tarps or drop cloth were put down to catch the debris. It all landed on top and destroyed the landscaping on the side of the house, which they left there overnight. When I told them about this, they moved all the debris to the other side of the lawn, with no tarp or anything underneath. They also damaged the inside window sill and trim when stripping.

Overall, the end product looks good, not great. They did an awful job cleaning up the small debris at the end, I did most of it myself. Throughout the whole project I was constantly reminding Ralph what needed to be done, even though everything was detailed in the signed contract. There was confusion the entire time. The whole job ended up taking around 6 weeks (several other quotes said it was around a 1-2 week job). I had a punch list of things at the end of the job I asked them to do, which they did, this was a small positive. The installers that worked on the house the remaining time were very nice and polite. They did everything we initially agreed upon. They also replaced 2 aluminum downspouts for free. I ended up doing some of the punch list myself because I could not wait for them to finally finish.

Pros: Lowest cost out of 4 estimates
Cons: Poor craftsmanship, lack of attention to detail, inconsistent work, very poor cleanup, do not follow instructions, do not live up to expectations, lack of experience and/or competence to do intended job, extremely long completion time
