Rude and unfriendly, I will NEVER go back!

This salon is the absolute worst EVER! ALL of the employee's are extremely rude!! They will constantly smack your hand and yell at you to relax your hand. They know very little English and it's very hard to have a conversation with any of them.

My last encounter with this salon one of the employee's dropped a bottle of bright red nail polish on the floor and it splattered on the right leg of my brand new jeans and white Nike's. They tried to get all of the nail polish off of my jeans by dousing the leg of jeans with the liquid monomer (the purple liquid). When I told them they were brand new and cost me $125 they scrubbed even harder and poured more monomer on my leg. They told me to take my jeans to the dry cleaner of my choice and they could get the polish out and they would pay for my dry cleaning fee, just bring them the receipt.

Needless to say that day they still charged me full price for my nails! I had them dry cleaned, the polish did not come out!

I returned to their salon with my jeans, receipt for the jeans and dry cleaning in hand. The manager had already left for the evening his wife refused to pay for the dry cleaning or any damages done to my jeans. The manager came back, yelled at me in front of everyone in the salon that evening. Told me that my jeans were probably not in style anymore and that I was just looking to make some money and that I had to leave my jeans there with them and they would take their dry cleaner in St. Louis because they have better chemicals there in the city. He also stated that if he was going to give me any money for the jeans he would have to make sure they were still in style, I told him to go ahead and check with "the Buckle" they still had them in the stores. He didn't like my reply and told me if he gave me money for my jeans that they would come out of his employee's paycheck (his wife) and by this point I had of enough of him and his excuses and told him I didn't care, she should have been more careful. He told me she had kids at home to feed and I told him so, she destroyed my personal property. He told me they could be replaced but her kids had to eat. So, I told him to replace them. He then offered me 25% off my future visits for the six months. I told him absolutely not I wanted my jeans replaced. He asked my why I was being so difficult? His employee's had children to feed. He threatened to call the cops, I told him to go ahead they would make him pay me for the jeans. He got mad and stormed out of the salon. They never reimbursed me for the dry cleaning or my jeans.

I have gone to this salon twice & had the same woman do my nails each time. She hurt me both times, & actually made me bleed once. She could have cared less about hurting me. The entire time she was doing my nails, she was very rude & rolling her eyes. I have heard several other people around town mentioning similar experiences at this salon. I will never go back & would advise others to not go either! Terrible, terrible experience!
