Terrible man running the place. I asked a price on an unmarked item and he snapped out $45.00. When I suggested $25.00 for a damaged item he sarcastically to me to go to Bed Bath & Beyond and pay $99.99. I came home a went on line, 59.99 at Costco and Best Bed& Beyond. Bed Bath & Beyond is offering 20% off now and more online on Black Friday. I've had both my hands amputated and could not turn the nob to leave. The girls at the desk were busy but he wouldn't get off his butt out of his chair when I asked for help. I found him to be rude and dishonest.

Terrible customer service I never will visit this store again and all that stuff they have you can find somewhere else and very new all this item are in open box and look like used the people who work there are really mean staring with the owner old men hi don't care the customer if you ask a question he answers very mean and a hate when the people are like that they don't take return or exchange or store credit if you buy ed you will not see the money again

I just moved to hamilton..I found this place had some great deals..as long as you pick out what you want and dont ask any questions. On my third trip I inquired about a rug that was rolled up and taped. I wished to know the size and manufacturer as i had a specific location in my home to place it. I was told that would be impossible because there was no where big enough to roll the rug back up after they checked the label on the inside. I asked the woman who looked to be in charge behind the register for some sympathy to my case and she sternly agreed with the store helper. Really? I was willing to spend 125.00 (asking price) for two pieces of logical information. The owner was unavailable. Thats some really bad business practice. Does this place do so well they could care less if I bought the rug or not? Alienating the very community customer that made them successful. Terrible.
