Rmpc Dj-Karaoke Entertainment

I had RMPC come out to my Bowling Alley for a night of glow bowl and it was awesome.

They showed a half hour early and set up a killer sound system. They offered to wear any kind of attire that we prefered for the occasion. They had a wide variety of music to choose from and they brought some cool party lights to make the experience even more intense. The Karaoke was a blast. He was always trying to get people in to it and keep everyone singing and having fun!! They even reassured me that they were definetly going to be there by calling me a few days before the night of the event. I was so impressed by thier services that i am going to use them for my up coming wedding in september. KUDOS to RMPC. I would definetly recommend using them for your music entertaiment.

RMPC were "supposed" to be the dj's at my wedding. Music is a very important part of my life so my dj was very important to me. It was between RMPC and Mr. Dj. I decided to go with RMPC because they were a little cheaper. It was a very bad decision. In the contract we signed it stated that if they could not be there for any reason they would send someone just as qualified as them. Everything went fine right up until the reception. When I showed up after taking pictures my family met me outside horrified. They had called my family and said they couldnt come because of a family emergency. I understand that. I finally met the new dj right before we were announced. THE GUY COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. I tried to keep my cool. When we were announced he pronounced my name wrong and every time after that no matter how many times I corrected him. I was now horrified and extremely embarrased. ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!!!!!! He didnt play any of the music I gave them in meeting before the wedding, was taking requests from everyone and anyone, and did everything out of order. He ruined my reception due to the fact that I could not relax. I had to keep approaching him to tell him what to play and what needed to wait. I would not reccomend that you go with them for any occasion. They did not keep their end of the contract. And obviously we wanted a refund. I could have gave my 14 year old cousin a reception schedule, told him the guidlines and he would have done a better job than the guy they sent. When we tried to call them after the disaster they would not answer their phones or return our callls. They were very unproffesional in admitting their mistakes and making them right. Maybe they would have been good had they showed up. I guess youll just have to take that chance on if theyll show up and on how important you money is to you. It was a waste of Five Hundred Dollars. My husband and I also payed the price with our wedding. RMPC you know who I am. I hope you read this. I know Im not going to get my Five Hundred Dollars back but hopefully this bad review will lose you Five Hundred Dollars. Karma
