Booked online, pictures represented new clean rooms. When arrived, was put in a smoking room, with long black hairs in the bed, on pillows on sink & toilet.Roaches and earwigs crawling in the room. Tiny black bugs in the bed dead. Appeared to be bedbugs, look at the pics. Headboard cracker and movable...was literally hanging off the wall. Towels so dirty the were Brown spotted.Table was dirty and had rings from cups on it. While trying to get into the room attendant showed up walking around outside at 1 am with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth asking us several times for a light for her smoke. After a few minutes seeing the filfthy room we went to the desk and asked for a refund. The attendant told us she could not do it because THE OWNER DID NOT LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES.What? Oh ya, and she said it is a room the guests use a lot and that would explain the bugs. What does that have to do with anything? After several minutes of bickering, money was refunded. As I walked to my vehicle to go to the Days Inn, in hopes of lodging, I noticed the creepy attendant girl hopped into the passenger seat of a running car and left. As we pulled into the Days Inn, creepy attendant girl pulled in behind us and ran into the hotel office. Why? That wAS ENOUGH for us to hightail it outta here. Thank God for Key West near the expressway. They are friendly and haveclean and decent rooms. Why did the Key West hotel not show up on Google? Hmmmmmm.I DO NOT RECOMMEND DAYS INN OR ECONOLODGE.I BELIEVE THEY ARE BOTH OWNED BY THE SAME IGNORANT FOREIGNERS. GOOD LUCK!
