Tony's Express Wash & Lube

I went today for a car wash and I chose Tony's Special which is worth $22! I was expecting that it will be "special". Unfortunately, it wasn't. I couldn't feel any difference between an express wash ($12) and this one. When I had a question, there was no one to answer. The guy who was clothing the car at the end seemed in a hurry even though there were not many cars to be attended to as I visited them today morning which is a working day. Since I was getting late to get back to work, I left from there but the experience has been disappointing. Whatever they have posted on the website that should be covered as part of special package, wasn't done. It doesn't feel good and I am expecting a refund from them, to be honest but there’s no email id that I can send the scanned copy of my receipt.

I could see water still spilled over the cup holders, there was no under body wash that was carried out, and definitely no triple poly wax!

Disappointing!!!

I've been getting my oil changes at this location for years. The techs have always been professional and courteous.
Motorcycle inspections, same experience.
They are my go to. Appreciate Ya'll!

Paid $30 for them to stain the seat in my new truck. Had to bring it back for themore to make it right and they wouldn't even run it through the car wash...horrible customer service. I won't go back.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! How this place is still in business is beyond me. They should rename it to: RIP OFF ARTISTS.

I visited Tony's for the first time for a quick car wash because I wanted to find a place close to work that I could visit on a regular basis (vs. my regular car wash which is close to my home in Bedford). The car wash itself is what one would expect, however, the tear to the leather on my driver-side seat was not. (Please note that I’ve had my car less than 2 ½ weeks, still with dealer tags.) When I spoke to the manager about the damage, he checked with both of the men that serviced my car and both claimed that neither had anything in their pockets that would cause the damage. Then he played the video that showed one of the men climbing in to my car to drive it to the wash. The manager claimed that the video proved that his pockets were empty. That I can agree with --- but there was no proof as to what happened when either men were actually inside of the car. Needless to say, Tony’s claimed no liability and that the damage must have been there when I arrived.



Finally, after much going back and forth, the manager took a photo of the damage, my name and number and said he would have the owner call me. 48 hours later, I’m still waiting on that call back…

Great place, no hard sell for other products. Good quick work and a free car wash. Not a big chain that's trying to sell stuff not needed.

This place is TERRIBLE! Don't waste your money. I might as well have thrown $30 out the window for the pathetic job they did. Floors were still very visibly dirty, interior not cleaned and the exterior had large, visible dirty spots still there. The vinyl shine wasn't done as it should have been on various parts. I will never return. They will rob you!
