I totally agree w the reviewer who said the petite receptionist at the front is VERY rude and should not be allowed to handle patients until she acquires better manners. Dr. Mai Hoang is very good and I don't have any issues w her but I'm not sure if she is aware of how rude her receptionist is. My mom is Vietnamese and was a patient there. Any request you have will be met w a disrespectful tone and resistance from that receptionist. I don't feel like she wants to help the patient she just wants you to get off the phone as quickly as possible and leave her alone even if it is a simple request.

Very rude and unprofessional services of the receptionist (I'm talking about the very small Vietnamese girl work at front desk). She refused to called/faxed in a nebulizer prescription to a pharmacy because of her laziness that caused my son in trouble of breathing the whole night. Toi cung la nguoi vn, toi khong muon noi xau ng viet nhung that su co tiep tan o cua khong co 1 chut long de phuc vu benh nhan. Very unprofessional and careless!!!
