Ocean Moving And Storage

I set up at move from Florida to Washington state with Best Interstate Moving and Storage who then hired this company. They picked up my daughters belongings on May 28th and upcharged including a normal driveway saying too long. The driver said he would charge her more to move a chair because it would take up more space — though we booked the move based on 2000 lb minimum- so she left the chair because she didn’t have the money to move it! Her total weight was less than 1000 lbs!! The driver was a TOTAL PIG when he found out she was a veterinarian saying “my friend here is a dog you want to check him out” They did not ship it until June 13— after we called repeatedly. Delivery June 6- 28. July 9 we received our goods. Every call we were told 5-7 days by Sherri Aquino.
Driver called at 845pm Saturday and wanted to deliver Sunday. I did not have the cash or money order they wanted. Itai the dispatch mgr agreed to credit card pmt and sent the link. Delivery for Sunday btwn 4-6. At 730p I call - was told by driver no delivery until Monday when I could go to bank and get cash, he said boss said I didn’t make the payment so don’t deliver until next day. What?! Who pays BEFORE the goods are at the final destination? When I called Itai this morning - he said cash or money order only - he was doing me a favor yesterday and I didn’t appreciate it then HUNG UP on me! Everything finally delivered after I gave them cash The boxes all are crumpled like they were in a trash compactor
So take away is if you hire this companiy you may not get your belongings until you tell them you are calling the police and Reporting they stole your stuff like I finally did
DO NOT hire Ocean Moving and Storage they are total crooks!! They will upcharge based on sq feet in truck vs the quote in pounds, what they determine to be bulky items or they have to walk up a regular sized driveway. They don’t take credit card payments per norm because they know people will contest the charges I am sure!

I am very frequent to move because of the nature of my job. As a result I have the experience of using many movers. Few were good but there were not a single company which was 100% accurate and affordable together until I used Ocean moving & storage. Just 2 weeks ago I moved one state to another. Surprisingly they did not charged more than the quoted amount and also managed to accomplish the entire move without a single hiccup! No damage done to anything, nothing was missing, nothing was broken. I checked the entire inventory and did not find a reason to feel unhappy. To be honest I never experienced such great service before. I am surely going to call them before my next move.

The movers came on time with a clean big truck. Everything was carefully wrapped and delivered. They worked very hard. The foreman and his team were courteous and careful. We much appreciated their dedication to the job and amazed at how well they took care of everything. They carried everything down from the 4th floor without a single dent. I don’t know how they managed to do it, but yes that amazed me!

After having a thorough research on the net for 2 hours straight, I decided to choose Ocean moving & storage for my move. I chose them because they have very good reviews and after talking to them I found out that they provide a great deal. On the moving day they did a great job, the move was so smooth and I was really satisfied with these guys. They put all my things in the boxes, loaded them in their truck and took a great care of them. Nothing got broken or damaged. I had a collection of antiquities, very valuable and precious to me. I was afraid that some of the pieces might get lost, but everything was fine. The guys are friendly and energetic. While working, they only had one break. The price was low, there were no extra charges and the service was great. Thank you guys for treating me so nicely! If I need to move to a different place, I will definitely ask for your amazing service!

I am very grateful to the very hardworking men who made my move so effortless for me.

Packing things all day long immaculately, carrying heavy furniture up and down stairs and having to bear the responsibility of valuables that mean everything to others- it is a true art. Ocean moving & storage has mastered this art completely. This company is just so good. They did everything right during my last move. The final bill came slightly over the quote but the initial estimate was very low anyway. I feel very happy when I see people who know what they are doing. These guys broke my meter of happiness.

Ocean moving & storage is the only moving company I have seen who don’t promise you things they can’t deliver. Their estimate was nothing but fair for my last move and it was a no-frills move. I get exactly what they promise me. The movers arrived early and packed up all my stuffs very efficiently. My 3-bedroom house was packed up and ready to move in just 2 hours. They had given me quite a broad schedule for delivery. The movers were in front of my building on day 05. It’s impossible to praise these guys enough.

I was very impressed with the quote from Ocean moving & storage. They called me back in just ten minutes with an amazingly low quote. The movers arrived on time and packed up my 3-bed apartment in just 2 hours. I saw boxes flying out of my place after just 10 minutes! The movers were just so professional and efficient. The delivery was made the next day. I checked the inventory and nothing was missing. One of my tables had some scratches on it but I suspect those were there from before. The movers did an excellent job and I commend them for it. This company really provides premium services on a budget.

Ocean moving & storage was just fantabulous during my last move. They gave me a very fair quote given that I’m fresh out of college and not yet a rich man. They sent 2 men for the move both of whom were looked strong enough. When it came to the heavy lifting, they did it all by themselves. The loading process was very smooth. I am absolutely impressed with their services. None of my things suffered any damages on the way. I am sticking to this company for every future move of mine.

All 5 of them were very experienced and fit for the job. They packed up everything easily and set off. While my belongings were on route, I called them again to request a storage facility. They happily obliged and put my things in storage. They delivered right when I called them again. I am so thankful to these guys for putting up with me throughout this move.

If Ocean moving & storage moved all my belongings safely, I would have called it a perfect move. But they decided to be punctual, friendly and helpful on top of that. It surely doesn’t hurt that they charged well under any other moving company I talked to. Their movers were so polite and they really knew their job well. They had an effective system which resulted into the pack-load process ending just in 2 hours! Like I said, they deliver more than perfection!

I wasn’t very keen on hiring a moving company because I thought of winging it myself. But my wife insisted on it since she was scared of having to move on our own. So we hired Ocean moving & storage. I have to admit, they made our life a lot easier. There were so many issues that arose during the moving process. I could have never handled all those situations on my own. But the experience these movers had worked out any problem quite easily. I really go back to that day when I called them for the first time. That phone call may have given my valuables a new lease on life.
